Rain record broken in Palm Beach County, Florida

Last week Palm Beach County, Florida broke a 100+ years rain record. But the rain is far from stopping, it is just the starting in South Florida. Wet weather in South Florida has resulted in 237 delayed flights and 23 cancellations at the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, we had a lot of flood in Boynton Beach, Boca Raton, Lake Worth, and other cities. Even Sawgrass Mill Mall was closed due to floods.

At Palm Beach International Airport, 4.18 inches of rain was measured Tuesday, a whopping 1.18 inches higher than the previous record of 3 inches set in 1904. – palmbeachpost
